Hospitality

Every room the same, managed from one place

Hotel TV, in-room entertainment, lobby signage and back-of-house AV on the LG and Samsung hospitality platforms — rolled out floor by floor without emptying the hotel.

Hospitality AV

The brief

What usually arrives

A guest forms an opinion of the television in about four seconds: whether it greets them by name, whether their own phone will cast to it, and whether the remote makes any sense at all.

Judged in the room. Operated from a cupboard.

Behind that four seconds, somebody has to update four hundred rooms without walking into any of them, keep the channel line-up right for a guest mix from a dozen countries, and swap a failed panel in an occupied suite before the guest gets back from dinner.

Both halves have to be right. A beautiful welcome screen that takes a technician three hours per floor to change is not a working system.

Scope

What sits inside the contract

In-room television

LG and Samsung hospitality platforms: personalised welcome, casting from the guest's own device, and a remote a tired traveller can work out without help.

Content & channels

Headend, channel line-ups, in-house information channels and language sets matched to who actually stays with you.

Central management

Configure, update and monitor the whole estate from one console — including which rooms are showing a fault this morning.

Public areas

Lobby and lift-lobby signage, wayfinding, restaurant, spa and pool displays built to the same visual standard as the guest rooms.

Meeting & event spaces

Ballrooms, meeting rooms and conference facilities on one control standard, so banqueting staff do not need a different procedure per room.

Service

Spares held locally and panel swaps scheduled around occupancy rather than around our diary.

How a rollout runs

A pilot floor before four hundred rooms

The order matters here, so it is worth stating. Nobody should discover a problem with the guest interface on the three hundredth room.

01 Survey

Room types, existing cabling, headend position and the realistic access window per floor. Occupancy sets the programme, not the other way round.

02 Pilot floor

One floor built completely, including the welcome screen, casting and central management. Your team lives with it before we go further.

03 Rollout

Floor by floor around occupancy, with each room handed back the same evening. Progress is visible in the management console, not in a spreadsheet.

04 Handover

Training for front office and engineering, documented configuration, local spares in place, and an agreed response time.

Next step

Send us the room count

Room types, floor count and your current in-room setup. We will come back with a pilot-floor proposal and a realistic rollout programme.
